Service Issues
We are aware that some customers are unable to access our webmail service and some websites are down. Engineers are working to resolve these issues as soon as possible and expect resolution by 9:10am.
UPDATE 9:10am: Although the webmail service is up, issues relating to our LDAP authentication service is resulting in customers being unable to log on to this or POP3 email. Engineers continue to work on this service as a matter of urgency.
UPDATE 9:18am: All services are fully restored for 97% of customers. Switch are working to restore the small remainder, and following this will be focusing all resource on investigating the issues that have arisen and implementing further checks and safeguards where appropriate.
