With SameDay incorporations, all applications received at Companies House by 3pm on a weekday are guaranteed to be processed the same day. Companies House guarantee that the company will be incorporated on the date of receipt.

Switch Media will submit same day formation orders up until 2.45pm.

Please allow time to complete your application, plus 10 minutes for the Switch Media automated system to submit it.

We strongly advise you not to leave submission until 2.44pm. If there is any problem with the application such that it is rejected, ( Eg a wrong postcode ) that is not the fault of Switch Media, we cannot be held responsible for missing Companies House deadline.

If when submitting the application, the system notes that the deadline has passed, Switch Media will abort the submission and contact you re: a full or partial refund.

If, for any fault of Switch Media, your company is not formed on the date of application you may have a full refund.

If, for any fault of Companies House, your company is not formed on the date of application Switch Media will refund you the SameDay surcharge.

It is possible that the company will be formed on the same day but there has been a delay from Companies House in sending out the certificate. As long as Companies House can provide the company number, then the company will be considered to be "formed".
